But a different part of the sea so people don’t think it’s a group activity. “This is not an endorsement, this is my own separate thing!”

Well if anyone ever calls me the Jared Leto of walla groups, I will simply walk into the sea.
Oh for sure. Not like acting requires vulnerability on demand or anything…
I also appreciate that while this bit part is my whole month, it isn’t that important in the grand scheme, and being able to consistently drop “good enough, moving on” still saves everyone time and keeps me in their good books.
There are salons that have that service, if you have a hairdresser you know, then they probably have recommendations. I know the Makeup Stores also have makeover services you can schedule if you don’t mind making a separate trip
Round One in Grapevine TX, at the Grapevine Mills mall
The arcade has stepped up their coin and ball drop games, I need to go back when I have time to play a few
I see these all the time in antique malls and I’m tempted to buy them, but I would then also be tempted to drink from them, and then I would be dead
Good advice for anyone in the VO industry too. One of the best things we can do is be ready when opportunity strikes.
Wandered around Round One after the movie, Godzilla fans are in an era
It’s more occult than horror, although some were definitely more about horror vibes
Give me a Friday the 13th: The Series and for a chaser, Duckman
I’d have to remember everything accurately enough. Dorm stories, Rocky horror stories, and then solo stuff I can’t blame on group settings :)
Every now and then I look back at the patchwork of weird gigs I’ve had. I’m happy to have a solid mortgage industry skill set, but I definitely have a pile of stories too
It is time
Goodness, that’s giving me contact Itis
29 years ago today, April 19, 1997, in one of the most unexpected crossovers in animation history, Homer Simpson appeared on the animated series Duckman on the USA Network. #TheSimpsons
lol good thinking
Oh he really made a meal of that
Behold…popovers
That was a frequent player in my “what if I won the billion dollar Powerball” fantasies; just buy an office building, set up my pals with an office and a budget and a salary and just go “Do whatever” and see what happens
One Hyundai and 9 spaces where your friends are painting and building Legos and building a really nice chair
Good news: The loud ass AC vent in my office doesn't affect the noise floor in the booth.
Bad news: Neither does the cold air. #Sweatin
I support a two pronged approach honestly. Keep an affordable option for basic needs like housing, transportation, health care, food, etc and then also have UBI available because even if rent is cheap, you can’t pay rent without some amount of money.
Seriously! Like if no one was struggling with basics and some helpful things were reasonably priced, I’d be more okay with someone and their twelve cars or yachts or whatever.
May 5th on The Price is Right should be Plinko de Mayo
There’s no way any AI will be able to decipher the drawls of the people going to Dairy Queen most often
It really is fun! Like I’m never going to try to own a house, so as long as my needs and a few wants are met, I just want to be comfortable enough to buy gifts and cover a dinner, pitch some money into a fundraiser, help with a shortage. Just make people’s lives less bad/scary
Like, all of my “Ooh what if I won the Powerball” fantasies start with some indulgence, then moves into a list of friends that I’d be paying off their cars and sending to college or whatever. It’s fun to do good things.
Like if I’m trying empathy, I get that it’s a mindset that doesn’t always shut off. Or they know how tenuous it is, and if it goes away they lose more than normal people. It’s like the door to Fiscal Narnia where most of us will never find it and those who have walked through it never want to leave
