*taps microphone*
Just dropped in to say that the BBC choosing not to broadcast @kneecapceol.bsky.social live from #Glastonbury is very much NOT an indicator of their impartiality - in fact, it's the exact opposite. They're telling you which side they've picked.
Have a great day!

Streeting called Bob Vylan and Kneecap ‘revolting’, Kemi Badenoch said they’re ‘grotesque’. I’ve never heard either of them use anything like such strong condemnatory language to describe the slaughtering and starvation of thousands of innocent civilians in Gaza.
An all-timer messy bitch lol
I was amazed he parred 17 tbh and got to 18 in the lead. Bag of nerves.
Oh god. I just had a terrifying thought. Cork losing an All-Ireland *HURLING* final to Dublin.
I’d have to leave the county.
DUBLIN WOW
I love the way he talks
I actually got chills hahahaha what a fucking signing man
Have zero time for signing this weirdo. Hope Liverpool see sense and avoid.
Kneecap (H) 🇮🇪
Absolute wonderful news to hear Trent was crap in his debut this evening 🥰
But seriously I would be gutted to see Robbo go. It would’ve been amazing if he was willing to be a rotating option with Kerkez but I can understand from his pov why he rather not.
Just what a fella. The best left back I’ve ever seen play for Liverpool by a country mile. Love him.
Arne getting rid of Caoimhin and Robbo is it? We will need to address his clear hatred for celtic people whenever he decides to come home from Ocean Beach…
😁
There is obviously no guarantee that Liverpool will be better either.
But all the evidence over the past 10 yrs is that Liverpool consistently make smart decisions, so I’m just fascinated how every summer when the BBC Top 4 predictions graphic drops, Liverpool will sit 3rd and 4th for the majority.
It’s interesting because it’s a continuation of a pattern where the default position of “football people” in the media is to be sceptical about Liverpool, going into a new season.
No matter how often this crop prove them wrong.
And it’s always based on little more than “it just can’t go on”.
Found it interesting in TAW’s “In Their Shoes” series, how Jonathan Liew challenged the suggestion that Liverpool should be aiming to be better than PSG - insinuating that they’re gonna “struggle” a lot more.
Can’t stop thinking about that eruption of cheering when Trent goes up to receive his league winners medal. The holy mortifying embarrassment of that reception now. Need someone to mute it across all the footage that exists.
“Trent” on the back of the shirt. Fluent in Spanish already.
Yeah sorry Jürgen but he should’ve been booed again vs Palace.
went mug shopping

The issue is the convoluted link with the actual qualifiers and to be honest, I think UEFA would be better off making the Nations League (in an enhanced capacity) the sole structure of qualification for major tournaments.
‘Andorra v England’-like games of football are in no one’s interest.
Loads love to dunk on the Nations League - mainly out of club-focused snobbery - but it’s been a complete success imo.
The League A finals are always great, and the stories of the likes of Georgia, Albania, North Macedonia qualifying for tournaments speaks volumes for it lower down as well.
MUNSTER FUCKING CHAMPIONS!!!!!!’ 🔴⚪️
Caoimhin took that goal kick like a CHAMPION if you ask me
The monkey fight meme from the Simpsons
Advance notice to all political pundits and columnists: you do not, under any circumstances, gotta hand it to him
Of all the big European teams to be good, Spain are defo the most fun ones when they are.
verdict: he’s great *and* a little shit. getting a tattoo of him on my eyeballs as we speak.
The mid-September international break is the best one. Been there since the beginning of time, and heads absolutely go at the horror of having to pause the season 5 games in. Like clockwork every year.
