Nala Gator always loved the dehydrated lamb lung treats, so in between lots of pets, hugs and kisses, I kept giving her those treats. I’m glad I got to say goodbye before she was too ill, you know? At least my last memory was of her begging me for treats, just as she used to on our walks.

I guess the owner’s ex got Nala from a pet store, which kind of explains why she got a rare bladder cancer. My heart breaks for the poor owner and Nala, I can tell Nala is at the end. She doesn’t want to walk much and will only eat chicken and treats. I’m glad I was able to give her all her faves.

I said goodbye to my funny, silly Husky client Nala Saturday. She will be leaving this earth on April 26th and I wanted to see her one last time. Nala Gator was happy to see me, but I could tell she was tired. She kept laying down on the floor and her owner told me she won’t eat her food. :(
