Mulder seemed almost out of breath.
"The doctor said she was well taken care of, but nobody has ever seen her in the town. She's never been to school or to the store. But she's getting vitamin D and 3 meals a day."

Mulder listens as if he knows what she's about to say. His reponse is immediate and feels prepared. "The crystals are too small to wear as jewelry, part of the reason the picture looks bad, besides because the small town Oregon cop doesn't know how to use the camera is because many of the crystals
//Me too...although it's been a long while since I watched it last. I may need to rectify that!
Haha...excellent!

Racism is embedded into this country, it was built on it. To erode that structure is a long process. I'm not banking on the party who is supported by every white nationalist hate group, and who labels Hatians as pet eating savages, to be the ones to help continue that erosion.
I guess I don't see it that way. Politicians are often deceitful and both parties pander, but I truly see more concern in the democratic party to value diversity and create policies that benefit black people. It is FAR from perfect, but I do know empathetic and caring white liberals. They exist.
One can fight the good fight, but still not be perfect in everything they believe to be true. I prefer not to take any great thinker and activist and swallow them whole and assuming they were perfect.
To assume white liberals are simply deceitful is wrong, even he was right about a lot.
So kind of you. ๐๐
All stories have origins. Perhaps there is more to any story we know.

Mulder's face remained calm as his new partner asked him what was so special, but his eyes couldn't help but open wide, questioning her observation skills. "First of all take a look at her, Scully. She's not exactly the first girl someone would ask to the prom. But beauty IS in the eye of the
"That's why I was surprised that you would use such an obvious tactic to someone with my background and skills. There is no question the value of your emotionally detached expert analysis of certain facets of the human mind.
But you are also proof, that nobody's perfect."
"Pg 235 of Comer's, Abnormal Psychology. A typical tactic of narcissists and psychopaths - make others doubt their knowledge of reality. Commonly known as gaslighting. I'm much more interested in things that aren't found in an undergraduate textbook."
"Well only one of us enjoys being on display. As a matter of fact, it's why I stopped by. After a day of paranormal activity, it's nice to be reminded that sometimes horror of the world are just the result of good old-fashioned psychopathy."

The problem of course is that bottom feeders like Gaetz need to preside over workers that are as unethical as him or worse (shudder).
We're look at a cabinet and those under the heads as being totally without morals and ethics running the show.

What was interesting was rewatching the series when it was streaming and you start to realize how much of the show was also about their relation rather than 1/
Can the department of efficiency get rid of useless cabinet members too? I suspect efficiency isn't what they are really after.
