Over the past few weeks I've seen a "you've hit a secondary rate limit" error quite a few times when browsing GitHub normally on my phone or laptop. I guess I must be sharing an IP with someone who is scraping GitHub.

I've found that logging in is able to circumvent it, but it's pretty annoying.

How many are we talking about? At the point where it becomes painful, I'd consider doing it from CI.

I just learned that apparently Arch Linux enables the Binder driver, and as of 4 weeks ago, they switched to the Rust implementation.

My understanding is that they enable Binder for Waydroid and similar.
