I partly agree. The lack of recognition of the partisans is a shame. However, Russia didn't liberate Finmark. The Red Army (half russians) followed the fleeing germans to Tana Bru while chasing germans out of northern Finland. So, a lot of nations should attend the celebrations in Kirkenes.
