Voting by mail is a safe and secure method that millions of Americans use to participate in our elections. The president knows this — that's why he voted by mail earlier this year. He said he needed to because he was “busy” and voting by mail was convenient — which is true for many Americans.

As the courts have already affirmed, the president does not have the authority to make changes to how our elections are run. The Constitution clearly grants that power to the states and Congress. And only Congress can regulate USPS. 2/
