They’re taking kids from Minnesota and sending them to detention camps. They’re shooting American citizens in the street and locking investigators out of the crime scenes. The world is watching what happens next.

A free press is democracy’s early warning system.

Strong leaders don’t silence it.

They listen, respond, and lead with integrity when the pressure is on.

Their courage in the face of danger, & unwavering commitment to freedom remind us of the true cost of liberty.
Today, take a minute to remember their sacrifice with gratitude & reverence.

When pressure hits, fear fills the space that trust should occupy.

Your job as a leader?

Make sure there’s no room for fear.

Army Enlisted Academy Bars Students from Writing About Women and Minorities The 10-month Sergeants Major Academy at Fort Bliss, Texas, includes multiple major projects in its curriculum, including two essays students were expected to work on for several months.

Across the country, stories of women, people of color, & other marginalized voices are being erased from classrooms, bookshelves, leadership training, & public discourse.

This is about power, identity, and whose history—and whose humanity—gets to be remembered. www.military.com/daily-news/2...

I feel this so deeply. For those of us who see in books the thrill of possibility, of what if, or the connection we have to the authors we simply want to support—getting rid of books can feels like a bit of betrayal, or even abandonment.

Good luck to you, this is not an easy task...

It bears repeating: Banning books at a military academy does NOT make us more lethal.
Shame on the United States Naval Academy. What a failure of leadership.
*Also, according to PEN America, it was the first notable instance of "college-level library banning."...

Banning books does NOT make us more lethal.

It's the fastest way to stifle critical thinking, stunt developing leadership skills, & allow for historical amnesia to weaken our force.

Shame on the United States Naval Academy. What a failure of leadership.

I KNOW the chaos is overwhelming.

But, it’s been 20 days since Signalgate & zero accountability. Since then, at least 20 MORE illegal Signal chats have surfaced.

Pete Hegseth (SecDef) needs to resign.

Don't forget, don't let YOUR representatives forget. Congress must investigate.

I still can’t figure out when “we can deport you” turned into “we can put you in a hell hole prison in a third country, indefinitely, with no legal recourse.”

SignalGate needs to stay a top story WITH accountability.

That OPSEC was so casually shattered, put THOUSANDS of troops at unimaginable risk.

Do. NOT. Move. On. Demand resignations & accountability.
