12) Cyberpunk 2077
-My fifth and definitely most comprehensive playthrough! I tried a monowire netrunner build for the first time and it was EXTREMELY fun! Felt fun to actually engage w more of the game's systems for once lol. I think I got one more run in me!!

Glad I got the good ending in Star Fox 64 3D! Turns out all you need to do is keep Falco alive for the Star Wolf fight lolll

11) Star Fox 64 3D
-Fantastic! The better graphics made the game a LOT more readable to me and this game feels perfect portable. Kind of makes me wonder why they haven't released more handheld games besides Command. I also found the controls a lot more intuitive! And I got the good ending this time!

Played Outrun Coast 2 Coast for the first time tonight. Genuinely got whiplash from how good it is and then felt sad that it wasnt widely accessible anymore.

10) Metroid Prime Remastered

9) Star Fox 64
-Great! I thought the regular flight sections were amazing. I like the arcadey nature of it, but the all range parts of the game just wasn't fun for me at all. I accidentally went down the hardest path and was hard stuck at Star Wolf so I had to go down an easier route. Still fun!

I think my thing is more I just would rather these properties exist in more self contained spaces w their own unique tone and flavor. I think w Smash it's fine because it's not really taken that seriously and is carried by gameplay, but w a movie it'll just feel too jarring imo.

yep! You can do a special boost attack towards other cars that destroys them and grants you extra boost. You can also use a boost charge on your end to shield yourself. It's pretty addictive and once I unlocked it in the campaign, the game finally felt "complete" mechanics-wise lol.

8) Pokémon Shining Pearl
-It's good! I do think it's a huge improvement over the original DP, but there are deffo times where it feels TOO faithful lol particularly the bloated pacing imo and absolutely infuriating Sinnoh map design lol. Feels like a step back from other games in the modern era.

This is them putting their best foot forward. NVIDIA and Digital Foundry thought this shit would hit and that is extremely concerning as consumers because if they thought this would resonate with consumers, then so will other billionaire leeches who will force this tech on their developers.

7) Pokémon Leafgreen
-AMAZINGGG! By far my favorite playthrough of this game. Really decent Pokémon variety, some REALLY good map design and just really good vibes all around! I think my only gripes come from this being a pre-gen 4 game lol and sometimes being TOO faithful to the original games!

6) Pokopia
-Great! Loved the simplicity of it and I found the story and lore really intriguing for a game in this genre. I haven't seen a lot of ppl talk abt the exploration, but imo it is AMAZING. There are so many secrets in each map. Only thing I HATED was the real time structure building.

I get that, but we'revastly overestimating how well Pokémon spinoffs sell compared to the mainline games. The best selling spinoff is Stadium w less than 5 and a half million copies sold and Pokopia is at over 2 million in four days. Its success is unprecedented for a spinoff in this series.
