Trump has been coached by Putin and his team to create situation to get around having to vote. A combination of congressional actions could delay elections but not postpone the selection of a president and vice president. I'm sure similar rules apply to the mid terms.

I don't know the state you are from, minimum wages I many states in the US are ridiculous. I suspect those are RED states, from what I hear. Vote Blue and things might change. Even with a decent minimum wage we are finding the inflation very difficult.
