I believe it was "Tweet Delete - Bulk Delete Tweets" or "DeleteTweets"

Can't open the UI anymore because I don't have X ;-)

I do remember it was a pain in the ass to get everything, took me a day or 2 of constant retrying until it was done.

Then let it sit for a while and close your account

I did the same. Export and delete it all using a Chrome plugin
