@sxswedu.com!
I truly enjoyed this discussion with @simranjeetsingh.bsky.social, as we delve into why, at least when it comes to the study of human flourishing, science and religion can and should work together.

I love the book and can't wait for every runner and aspiring runner to read it. Here's a link to order: becomingasustainablerunner.com
I admire her so much for that and for continuing to live into her values, including making hard decisions to forego opportunities to do what's right. Now, Tina has a new book on Becoming a Sustainable Runner that she's co-written with Zoe Rom.
My good friend Tina was a professional runner who represented Great Britain and Northern Ireland in a world championship. She courageously stepped away from that life to care for herself.

One of my favorite aspects of facilitating workshops is the opportunity to connect with people while engaging in conversations that truly matter. There's something powerful about being in a space where we can share our experiences, learn from one another, and find strength in our shared humanity.

Gratitude doesn't happen by accident. We cultivate it through intention and practice.
I’m so grateful to Hena for her confidence in me and for the opportunity to write in this genre. It was so much fun. I’m excited to share the book when it comes out this spring, and I’m excited to write more stories for this age group.
Then, she shared the list of writers contributing to the volume — and that’s when I lost it. It’s a who’s who of South Asian writers, including Sayantani DasGupta, Reem Faruqi, Veera Hiranandani, Supriya Kelkar, Rajani LaRocca, Maulik Pancholy, Mitali Perkins, Aisha Saeed, and N.H. Senzai.
I was pleasantly surprised when Hena Khan invited me to write an essay for her new collection of short stories. She’s one of the premiere middle grade writers in the country.
I'll be in conversation with my friend and colleague, Sharon Groves, VP at Auburn. Together, we will hold space for what we have lost and explore how grief and loss evolve through ritual, community, and action. Register here: https://tinyurl.com/3wazvk6t
On August 2, I'm excited to share that Reimagine, an incredible nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals navigate loss, adversity, and mortality by channeling life's challenges into meaning and growth, is teaming up with Auburn Seminary to present a Virtual Candlelight Vigil.
