I would think unless you’re a City or Spurs fan, people would like to see a team like Arsenal that hasn’t won it recently, win it. Apparently there’s quite a reservoir of dislike for Arsenal out there that I don’t quite understand though

I mean, Porro’s stats are up and down and sure he could return, anyone can in theory. Just personally, I like to target fixtures against bad teams when the other team is also not bad. For the same reason nobody loaded up on Burnley assets in the DGW. But go with your gut in the end

As far as transfers, it’s a pretty solid team as is. To get to XI you could move Rayan to Cunha or maybe Pedro to Bowen? Both have decent fixtures in GW34

I really don’t mean to put you off of it. If you see something there then go for it. I’m just a bit taken aback that there’s this rush toward a team that’s been awful at both ends of the pitch after one game where they conceded 2 and lost the lead in the last moments. Romero out as well 🤷‍♂️

And only conceded two! The craziest thing I heard this morning on an FPL pod this morning was someone talking about triple spurs defense on a FH. As a guy who tripled up on Forest defense on my FH maybe I can’t speak on it but that seems like lunacy.

I’m conflicted. I personally love Arteta. Where this club was before him was embarrassing. He brought a winning mentality that we desperately needed. I’m not sure changing managers makes things better but I get why people would want to.

Most GWs I’d probably be annoyed at getting 14pts from two players and only getting a small green arrow. But considering all the points flying in for bench boosters right now, think that 14 is a pretty good start.

Totally agree. The odds are heavily in favor of DGW players. But felt to me like in a week where everyone has the same players that risking one or two spots on high upside SGW players was a chance to get a jump on those who didn’t

Could definitely see an Arsenal 1-0 win from a Rice free kick. It’s a good shout in a week where everyone has the same team. Have some fun with it during the City game. Lord knows we’ll need something because it’s gonna be nerve wracking
