Also lil extra emotional intelegence can also be an entirely internal thing for some people, AI once again can't really match up to that yet
TLDR;
yes inteligence is also determined by emotional intelegence and the fact a person can try understanding those social cues makes them more inteligent than most AI systems
Meanwhile the LLM (most as of now, which is what we should seek to change) will just try turning everything into text and then give a very generic answer
The key difference between the blind person and the AI (except for the Blind person having lived 18+ years inside reality) is that the blind person doesn't need to turn everything back into text and can analyse based on volume, intonation and pauses how the man is truly feeling

The mere fact a human can try to decode based on social cues makes them in my vision more inteligent than AIs at the moment

Autism isn't just complete inability to pick up social cues and also as someone who yesterday spent an entire hour explaining urbanism to my dad yes it most definetely is part of inteligence as well
