Man City’s last 11 games contain more wins for Ruben Amorim than Pep Guardiola

Rasmus Hojlund is magic.
Lots of dramatic over reactions across on the other site to last nights game.
Set pieces aside, I don’t think we were that bad. Much improved away performance compared to prior years.
And Amorim is proactive in games - not afraid to make changes when needed. And early.
Onward and upward.
You too.
Frosty and crisp old morning in the north of England. 🥶
New manager. Same old bunch of dickheads on the pitch.
Let’s all just agree it’s shite. 😂
I respectfully disagree. The frame is frozen when the ball leaves the player. I think that’ll be the same frame whoever is doing it.
Anyway, one thing that I fully agree with you on is the time taken, the way match going fans have their experience hampered is crap.
Keep goal line tech & scrap rest
It’s not subjective though is it? You’re either off or on? A challenge for a penalty, red card etc is subjective. Offside is black & white.
Yes, it shouldn’t take 4 minutes - that is absolutely the case. However, I’d much prefer to go back to the lino making that decision & the odd one being wrong
Absolutely. Although I guess for offside, it’s matter of fact isn’t it (it’s either off or on) so they have to make sure it’s right. It’s the subjective decisions where they take 3-4 minutes that are a joke. If you need 15 watches of the incident, it’s not clear and obvious. Get rid of it all.
Genuinely can’t wait to watch United on Sunday.
Everything that has come out of Amorim and the club since he’s joined has been so uplifting.
(Cue a 1-0 Ipswich win! 😬)
Oops, Darren Anderton is out injured again
Watching the clips from Amorim’s first training session yesterday was very refreshing. Him with his kit and boots on getting involved.
Genuinely could not imagine Ten Hag, Rangnick, even Ole, doing the same.
You’d hope the players will buy into his ways quickly with him involving himself so much
Won’t lie, took me longer than it should to get this! 🤣
Simpler times.
Honourable mention also to Sensible Soccer
Introduce yourself with four video games:
Man Utd v Everton. 21st August 1996. 2-2 draw. Duncan Ferguson put them 2-0 up then Jordi Cruyff and an OG from David Unsworth rescued us a point.
I was 12yo and so excited to be going I made us go into the ground about 5pm for a 7.45pm KO.
The Holy Grail of social media stardom appearing in one of these.
The hero we all need.
Well, I’m all in on Amorim. He’s winning us the lot. 😬
If Coleen’s going in the jungle we need a red button Wayne Cam of him dealing with life without her. Trying to find where the towels are kept and wandering into rooms he didn’t know they had
Haha! It’s better than the meaningless friendlies of old to be fair but still don’t fully get what’s going on. 😂
Yeah it does. Won’t argue there. But still haven’t the foggiest what it all means! 😂
Does anyone actually understand what the Nations League is yet and how it works? 🤦😬
With football Twitter rapidly reassembling here, one plea to help leave the toxicity behind: your football club is not a person. It doesn't have feelings, it doesn't experience disrespect. Love your club by all means, but recognise that it does not need you to fight for its honour on social media.
1990 FA cup final and subsequent replay. Lee Martin with probably the most important goal of Sir Alex’s career.
Evening dad. Any shit food for me or is that just an ‘X’ thing?
My work view is better than yours. 😍😬
