📊 Brands are starting to use “Saves” and “Shares” as awareness metrics —
a signal that the content resonated and could lead to future purchases.
And some key takeaways from the roundtable discussion:
🎬 For video, retention is the real success metric — not reach or views.
What matters is that people stay and watch.
Maybe it’s the same for posts — engagement > reach?
