Why have they only started to come forward now, before the primary? Because they’re scared that a politician who has already used his power to sexually harass women will be given more power.

They are not MAGA ffs. They are former dem staffers and interns.

If you’re wondering why these women have tried to stay anonymous and use the whisper network, it’s because people like me have had their careers in dem politics seriously damaged by coming forward.

They’re trying to save others from being harassed without destroying everything they’ve worked for.

I was really really hoping things had improved since I came forward about being raped on a dem campaign a decade ago (before #MeToo), but the reaction to the Swalwell accusations are proof it’s still just as bad.
