If you use GMail, AI (Gemini) was turned on yesterday by default and now scans all of your content for machine learning. To turn off, go to Settings>General and scroll down. Uncheck the box for "Smart features."
There's other "Smart" add-ons as well, but that's the one that reads your content.
This is a really nice phrasing of what I've been trying to put into words about the idea of 'using LLMs to learn to program'.

“There’s a group of UK business people who have got a brilliant vision to turn it into the next Dubai. The only thing they have got to do is clear the dead bodies away.”

And Q: ’is it realistic to give planning permission for data centres while waiting for magical renewable energy to be invented?’ ChatGPT said: It’s not very realistic to keep approving data centers while hoping for future renewable energy solutions that don’t yet exist at scale.
ChatGPT is helpful on the subject of hosting AI data centres - voraciously hungry beasts…

The extent to which Elon Musk and the tech bros think they’re somehow the first people ever to think about how to run a government is astounding.
“It’s a coup,” said a current USAID official. It was unclear when, if ever, the agency would be up and running again, the official added. www.wsj.com/politics/pol...
