Big rex
I feel like people don't speculate enough with tyrannosaurus designs anymore. Sure, we know a good bit about it, but there's still place for some fun! Could have gone further with this one

Some oldies from way back in 2022 (with some slight touch-ups.) A few scenes recreating just some of the many, many old, rejected explanations for dinosaur extinction proposed over the decades:

- Gradual global warming
- Gradual global cooling
- Epidemic
- Supernova

In this piece depicting Bisticeratops, the one in the background being eaten by a tyrannosaur is a nod to the fact that the holotype shows evidence of tyrannosaur predation, which was known before the animal received its name.

a mounted castoroides skeleton

happy #fossilfriday! this is castoroides, a large beaver from pleistocene north america. unlike modern beavers, they likely fed mostly on aquatic plants, and there’s no evidence that they built dams or lodges
