From my understanding as long as your play time is increasing each reset, even by a few frames, you should be seeing a new jirachi every time. You can also change around the settings just in case but I'm not sure if it's necessary
I thought the battery didn't matter for jirachi specifically. I wanna remember reading it was generated based on information about your save file (things like settings and playtime)

I've been changing window types and saving in different places every so often which as far as I know should be showing me different jirachis but there's really no way to tell🙃 I've been coping by telling myself that double over odds really isn't that crazy at all🥲
