We will be rolling the hotfix back so that we can investigate this thoroughly. This issue did not start until the update was live (and it went through certification).
I do not expect any data was actually lost, but we will be investigating this thoroughly.
We've received some reports that characters are not loading on Xbox following the last hotfix. This appears to be a cloud save issue. In one of our tests characters do sync, but it took exceedingly long.
We are investigating this as a top priority.
