I cancelled META, Amazon, & news. I bought off the TikTok shop bc I REALLY wanted a bread machine. I have a huge pile of books. My hens are finally laying. Vegetable & medicinal garden seeds are sprouting in the kitchen. The freezer & generator are full. I think we'll be okay. 💪🏼💙

I had a pop up box on TT suggesting I transfer my FB contacts to TT for a "better experience". Yep, I'm thinking Zuckerberg has it now. I won't go back bc of that AND bc the Trump connection makes me want to barf.

As much as I'd love to shop at Costco or other cool places, I'm stuck with what's in my area.

I just quit my job there, but they didn't end the DEI. They rebranded it. It's now called "We Belong" at least in Michigan. It's supposed to be inclusionary that everyone belongs as Walmart employees.

Actually, and I'm not trying to defend Walmart or anything, my daughter just hired in there a month ago at $17/hr. I also got a job at Walmart, but quit the next day bc they wanted part time me to work full time hours. I hired in at $15/hr and that was just two weeks ago.

The Legislative Branch has done its part. Now it's time for the Judiciary. Patience.

I sent a man to jail today. I'm an old woman and one of three elders he stole money from as a "handyman". He took my money and I never saw him again. I learned a hard lesson. This has been a two year ordeal & he cried when he was sentenced. He robbed the wrong old woman.
