Euro 2025: In a carry-on? Yes. June 27 to July 15. That's 19 days. Just short of 3 weeks. And carry-on only. There are a bunch of posts on this site, and an endless number of videos and blogs online encouraging one-bag or carry-on only travel. I have long been obsessed with traveling light. Of course, if you don't agree by now, I probably won't convince you, but I think there are significantly more advantages than inconveniences.

Part of my series of posts overthinking the planning of my trip to Europe in Summer 2025.

Definitely doing this Monday. Because I forgot how to teach over break. What are we studying?

I often use AI to write a draft and then take the parts that I like. You don't need it to be all AI, but it can get you past the writer's block.

This seems like a "rising tides lifts all boats" kind of thing. Good approaches and techniques help everyone, not just those for whom we are seeking an "intervention" (for lack of better phrasing at 6am)

I would say "In the absence of output we don't know what students can give as output."

It took a long time to get comfortable with it. Fortunately there is SO MUCH I don't know, I definitely have gotten used to it! 😂 And I do see it as a good thing.

This sounds fun! Sadly I am borderline Amish and live under a rock when it comes to knowing anything current to suggest.

It saves me time, yes. But 13 hours/week? I don't think I put in an amount of time on anything AI could do where there are 13 hours to be saved.

I didn't make the list. I probably wasn't langchatty enough.
