There is no such thing as a free market. Either it is properly regulated or the corporate owners take control. Communism leads to the same results with the masters running business from government offices.
It is the corruption that causes the problems. The best argument against Free Marketeers and Communism is that both ignore the market place and the human beings caught in the middle of these two extreme systems.
Mixed economies work best. Proper regulation with functioning markets is necessary.

My response at a candidates' forum last week to an opponent's suggestion that we can't impeach and remove Donald Trump but somehow instead can and should pass wonderful legislation (which I support!) that will keep him from abusing his power and wrecking our democracy ….
