I go to the free one at the AFC. It is huge + has pretty good hours too. My friend told me about a sauna at the Rivanna river co. + you can sauna there and plunge in the cold water 🥲 I’m trying to go soon!
Sauna!!! 3-5x a week. The endorphins go crazy. And sufficient vitamin D. I take a supplement.
