actually! it's OK now! @wetbluefox.bsky.social offered to fix it and was able to do so, many thanks to them!

The issue was related to:
1. how I weight painted the eyes - at the bottom of the lid was a single edge, needed more thickness
2. how much geometry was on the eyelid, there wasn't enough

By the way, would anyone here consider themselves "good" at Rigify in blender? I have questions I NEED to ask somebody, but the friends I have made who know blender typically haven't got a lot of experience with it. Would really appreciate some help here!

Quadrupedal avatars don't work in VR! At least, the armature would have to be severely moved out of shape to support that I'd say! Plus, I'm really not a fan of it anyway...
