Really just a scarcity value thing. If there are less pitchers who consistently post, they become more valuable. Not every team has a dodgers like depth in their rotation

Can you explain this a bit more? Anecdotally it feels like starting pitchers who pitch more would be more valuable in a league where starters on average pitch less
