Q: "Are you concerned that more mistakes could happen?"

Kennedy: "Well, sure."

Q: "How do you respond to Governor Newsom?"

Sen. Van Hollen: "I think Americans are tired of elected officials or politicians who are all finger to the wind...Anybody who can't stand up for the Constitution and the right of due process doesn't deserve to lead."

Unbelievable news.

Pancreatic is one of the deadliest cancers.

New paper shows personalized mRNA vaccines can induce durable T cells that attack pancreatic cancer, with 75% of patients cancer free at three years—far, far better than standard of care.

The next time the NOTAM system goes down? Elon Musk & Trump did that.

The next time an ATC facility loses its radio frequencies? Elon Musk & Trump did that.

The next time an any critical ATC airport infrastructure goes down? Elon Musk & Trump did that.

Elon Musk & Trump are breaking the FAA.

I don’t count on corporations to save us, but: At some point, the belief that Trump has made flying too dangerous to chance it will eventually start to affect the airlines’ bottom lines enough that they’ll have to start pushing back - when they do, do they have legal recourse?

What these nihilistic vandals are doing to dismantle science & medicine—generations of expertise & public service & life improving benefits—is cultural revolution level national self harm. No foreign foe could inflict such brutal damage & senseless suffering on US so fast & effectively & unresisted.

Whether it's Hillary Clinton sharing risotto tips on a private email server or Elon Musk giving full access to all government information to a nineteen-year old named Big Balls with ties to a child pornography collective known for its extortion techniques, both sides have played loose with security.

As Trump and Musk Upend Washington, Congressional Phones Can’t Keep Up (Gift Article) In the three weeks since President Trump took office and gave Elon Musk free rein inside the federal government, millions of calls have poured in to members of Congress, jamming the system.

As a former Senate staffer, I can confirm that calling your elected officials is *the* best way to get their attention.

They may not care much about tweets and insults, but they care what their constituents think. And they care if you call their office.

This is the most obvious point, but it's still important to note: The first weeks of Trump II have completely exposed deep Republican hypocrisy on a whole host of issues including global elites, unelected bureaucrats, respect for law enforcement, "the swamp," and even email server security.

Incredible to think how hard Merrick Garland worked for four years to avoid even the remotest appearance of partisanship or ideological commitments, and literally on her first day as AG Pam Bondi is like "Diversity is now illegal, we will be putting all the libs in prison"

Fear, pain and hunger: The dire impact of U.S. funding cuts in Africa Across Africa, the policies of the Trump administration are already having profound consequences for some of the world’s poorest and most vulnerable people.

USAID saves lives + stabilizes some of the world’s poorest/most volatile regions while acting as a bulwark against Russian and Chinese influence.

“We spent the weekend feeding USAID into the wood chipper,” Elon Musk said.

Here's a thing to remember about Elon--He CARES when everyone is mad at him, he cares when he's made fun of and not liked, he cares about criticism and he will definitely care if people keep protesting on the street.

If David Alexrod and Rahm Emanuel don't think it's worth fighting against a corrupt billionaire illegally seizing control of the federal government to cut off livesaving care for millions of people, that's their prerogative.

But I'm damn glad to stand with the folks who won't let this fight go.

Instead of just laying down and accepting Donald Trump and Elon Musk's framing, these two *VeRy SmArT* strategists could have made the argument that American soft power, including programs like PEPFAR, have saved millions of lives and proven that America can Do Big Things Well.

Alas.

I'm sorry, but "they took over the whole federal payments system, fired the career staff, and won't let anybody see what they're doing" is not a situation in which you wait for more information. It's a situation in which you assume the worst. There's no explanation for it other than rampant crimes.

Everyday people who buy stuff? 25% tax hike

Wealthy people who own stuff? Tax cut

They’re weak, and they know they’re weak.

We have the playbook to beat them.

Don’t lose focus. Keep it to the issues and how they impact real people.

Trump's blanket stop on funding for programs like Head Start, low-income home heating assistance, food stamps, and so much more takes effect at 5pm TODAY.

Where's the CNN countdown clock? Visuals matter.

If we have it for state of the union & primary debates, we should have it for this.

Elon did a Nazi salute — twice — and you don’t have to take any publication or person who tries to be coy about it seriously.

not even a blatant Nazi salute can stop the “they do Nazi stuff, others debate ‘was it really though?’” cycle
