6/6 In summation: this was an amazing expedience. I’m so glad I plucked up the courage to go. I lifted heavier, saw some new techniques, and learned it’s okay to dress slutty for the gym.

5/ like I said, the women dressed slutty and so did the men; low cut stringers, the shortest of short shorts, skin tight shirts and pants everywhere.

4/ maybe it was a placebo effect but my lifts and pumps felt so good. I felt bigger and stronger while there

3/ the machines are magical. I’ve never seen or used some of the equipment there. I didn’t have enough time to try them all. 😭

2/ the women serve cunt. Lip injections, Botox, tits out, shorts so their asses are out

1/ the men are fucking huge. They will roll up their sleeves and flex after a set like it’s nothing
