My social anxiety infinite loop:

Friends tell me I should reach out more.
Proceed to try and reach out more.
My brain thinks I'm being too pushy and reaching out too much.
Stop reaching out because I've poisoned my own brain.
Friends wonder why I stopped reaching out.

Rinse+repeat ad nauseam. 🫠
