Science cafe programs are so cool. Last night, we learned about our state crime lab firearm forensics team and all the high-tech science they use in their work. This is a 3D scan of two casings showing how they match up markings.

Students at my university's Makerfest made a pinball game that teaches kids about the food pyramid. Fun and educational!
