A while ago @spraypopmusic.com invited people to remix their track Hammered In An Airport and I started to have a crack at something. Can't remember why I was aiming for a sort of 90s generic dance anthem but anyway, here's a snippet. Should have sent this to @ricardoautobahn.co.uk at the time.

Ultimately they don't want to think that you are working against them in some way (in whatever way that might be, and it might be invalid because some people have emotional reasons for being unreasonable).

I've seen cases where people's attitudes change entirely when they feel listened to.

I have found that the best thing here is to explain why you can't give them an estimate, and how, and if/when you think you will be able to get to a place where you can.

Letting them know when you can update them often works well, and understanding how important it is and why. Hope that helps!
