A graduate of the Domingo-Colburn-Stein Young Artist Program at LA Opera and the Glimmerglass Festival Young Artist Program, Andrews holds a master’s degree in opera coaching from the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor’s degree in piano performance from Brigham Young University.

She has also taught Song Literature at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. As a collaborative pianist, she has appeared in numerous recitals with leading singers and has served as pianist for the Dallas Opera Competition and the Hart Institute for Women Conductors.
