After leaving SpaceX in Dec, bought a house in Chandler, AZ back in Feb. Been fixing it up (solar, battery, insulation, garage floor). Mon/Tue gets me 22 new windows, Wed is water filtration/softener and RO system install. Then gonna stop spending $$$ until 2026.

Rio had a $1200 dental today… on top of my irrigation system taking a crap, it’s been an expensive week. At least I fixed the garage door opener…

Supposedly the lifter issues were fixed after the 2021/2022 model years… except newer cars still have bearing issues. Whee!
