I’ve burned through evenings at bookstores combing through shelves reading book spines and judging book covers and cataloging whatever sounded cool to research later and I’ve had the best time. The type of activity that only exists going out the house!! It counts!!
Started 999 the other week and I’m having a total blast with it. Fantastic visual novel in addition to being a real fun puzzle game. Honestly I feel like a film adaptation of this would absolutely bang.
But ultimately i still don’t think the future’s fully arrived in this space and im just waiting for some fucker to really upend and let me live out my dream as the brainless human sloths in Wall E
I’ve actually gone through this exact thought process before and landed in a rabbit hole of what’s known as “U-shaped toothbrushes” a product called the Autobrush is almost what you’re describing just without the cast part. Proclaim on the other hand has the cast part but it’s for flossing.

What I love so much about Hob’s Barrow and Phoenix Springs (@calligramstudio.com) is their brilliant sense of mood and atmosphere that keeps your brain locked into their worlds long after beating them. The two greatest point and clicks in recent memory. Buy a copy and buy a second for a friend.
