A 'real' and stylized rendition of a spiral flower growing out of a spikey bush

Thinking about what design to put on Adaine's coat led to some worldbuilding:

The symbol of the rebellion is a type of flower that's the target of a thorny, parasitic bush. The flower always eventually grows strong enough to overwhelm the parasite and thrive.

Would you believe I managed to get them to roll pretty easily by putting the eye bones ridiculously far off to the opposite side? In the third image, the set of bones by the left eye is the set that controls the RIGHT eye, etc
