Listened to Theodore and Friends (and The Sea of Love) by The Adventures a couple of times over the last 3 weeks. Didn't make my top 5 but really enjoyed hearing them for the first time in a few years. Both purchased on vinyl in the late 80s 😀 Good to see they have been playing live again recently.

I'd offer to buy you a beer there the next time I'm in Manchester but it doesn't look too appealing (or even open 😀) and there I've been to nicer places in the Marina and Norther Quarter.

That's understandable as you grew up there and remember what it used to be like. I don't recall going to Ancoats at all when I was a student in Salford but it's a vibrant area now especially for the 20 somethings 😀
