We called these strikes illegal because they are. Pete Hegseth admitted today they are not seeking to comply with international law and in fact they view it with contempt!
Screenshot of a Dorset Council webpage titled “Covid-19 National Day of Reflection,” dated 2 March 2026. Below the heading is a wide photo of a long outdoor wall covered in thousands of small red hearts, forming a memorial. The wall runs alongside a wet pavement and trees, with buildings in the background. The text below explains that Sunday, 8 March marks the UK’s National Day of Reflection to remember the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

yes this. it's ridiculous
The sort of disingenuous 'logic' which insists if you don't support illegal incursions into countries involving destruction & civilian death you therefore support oppressive regimes is exactly the sort of brain dead bullshit causing such contempt for politics & media these days.
This has been observed a number of times in the last couple of days but it is worth repeating that aside from the odd minor skirmish The United States has not won a war since 1945.
WHAT IN THE FUCK DID THEY EXPECT

Is anyone else deeply worried that one nation is polling like this in Victoria?

Play is often treated as something we grow out of, yet evidence shows playfulness remains vital for adult wellbeing. Rethinking our spaces could help bring it back.
Screenshot of a CNN segment shared by Acyn. A split-screen shows commentator Lydia Moynihan on the left and Kevin O’Leary on the right during a heated exchange. The chyron reads, “Obama: Dems need to avoid scolding and ‘virtue-signaling.’” The post quotes O’Leary referencing China and concentration camps, and McGowan responding about West Virginia.
I spent my childhood inside of American concentration camps. I know one when I see one. And that is what ICE is building.
I think it all adds up not trite

A graphic with the text "$77.5 Million Against Climate Action?" on a solid background. Gina Rinehart is in the background holding coal, surrounded by stacks of cash
A list titled "Here's just some of the dirty money affecting our democracy:" showing donations from fossil fuel interests. The largest is Minerology at $52,889,379, followed by Advance Australia at $10,108,548, Coal Australia at $5,389,523, Minerals Council of Australia at $1,000,970, Hancock Prospecting at $1,099,000, and Other Fossil Fuel Companies at $2,119,988. At the bottom is an angry emoji and red exclamation points.
More than $14 million of this was channelled through third-party groups who ran relentless attack ads and disinformation campaigns targeting independent MPs. Australians for Prosperity $2,838,026 Advance Australia $10,108,548 Better Australia $1,255,061 Around the edges are examples of smear campaigns against independent MPs like Monique Ryan and Zoe Daniel.
Text stating that the fossil fuel lobby buys influence, but independents are not for sale, concluding with a call to "Chip in today" and the website climate200.com.au.
