Working alongside a world-class design team and so many amazing colleagues has been nothing short of inspiring.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working on incredible projects, growing both as a designer and as a person, and collaborating with the most talented people in the industry. Together, we’ve faced challenges, shipped content to millions of players, and kept raising the bar for what we create.

Five years ago, I got a message from a recruiter asking if I wanted to join a game project. Not long after, I started at the company I had always dreamed of working for.

I remember a conversation with a colleague, someone with a wealth of knowledge in the industry, from a long time ago - he said that after five years in one gamedev company, you either move on to new opportunities or stay forever.
