I haven't tried this, but might it be possible to use a VRT file in a local 'favourites' folder as a kind-of shortcut to a remote datasource?

For anyone using Microsoft 365, and seeing what looks like a mandatory £25/yr price rise for AI tools, you can reject it by going to Account > Manage Subscriptions > Cancel Subscription > Then select Microsoft 365 Personal/Family *Classic*.

The downloadable dataset for Wales doesn't include designation date, and that for England is missing a date for about 16% of records. Only Scotland's is complete. The Wales dates could probably be acquired by web scraping though.

I always need two folders for any big project. Anything that can go on the cloud (OneDrive) does. Huge files go on a dedicated local SSD. It’s a bit of a pain, but the benefits of the online cloud for the files that do go on there are massive.
