Over years, I have a few times called Musk a liar (across the country by 2016, then 2017) and thief (money for upgrades), on national TV even. Maybe that’s why my Twitter account has been blocked for a few months despite violating no rules. I can’t get it fixed.

OTD in 1949 Operation Priboi started. USSR forcibly deported *90,000* Baltic people to 'inhospitable parts' of Russia. 70% of those deported were women & children under 16.

The fact that this model is trained to expose its reasoning makes it easier to censor. The system must have a thread which is watching the "thinking" in real time and looking for keywords. If a banned keyword shows up, the inference is shut down. This is before the model gives its final answer.

DeepSeek is censored AF. Try asking any "sensitive" question about China and it will stop its self reflection in mid stream, and be replaced by the following jolly message:
"Sorry, I'm not sure how to approach this type of question yet. Let's chat about math, coding, and logic problems instead!"
