I think that is that you are more in control of your resources. You do not rely on the bird feeder which can be very fickle especially if your fellow players nick the food you need. Also the fish 🐟 placement is more flexible than the birds.🦅

Had a '...span-a-thon' on the weekend. Started with Finspan, on to Wyrmspan and finally the original Wingspan. Enjoyed them all but probably Finspan the most. (I won Wyrmspan BTW)

Had a good game of #Valour&Fortitude with my #6mm British v French. Corp on each side. Unfortunately there was too much side chatter so we didn't really get into battle. Lots of manoeuvre and long range shooting but not many fights.

That's what you want.... if you can't win! 😉

Russians take an offensive position on the ridge line.

Had a game with the lads the other night. Modern combat using a heavily modified version of 'In Country'. Russian figures are Empress and Germans are Eureka. Learning game so we ran out of time for a result.
