My attempts to self care out of depression appear to be working. I figured they would, but it's still a relief that the call of the void is a lot quieter.

I got it once. It hit while we were packing out from camping. I could only lay there and moan and barf. We basically bundled up the tent with everything in it and shoved it into the back of a prius. I've never been sicker.

Figure modeling is such an interesting experience. There I sit, naked, very aware of the parts of my body that are holding me up, internally laughing to myself about the things I hear going on around me but trying hard not to emote so as not to ruin anyone's chances of drawing my face.

I'm attempting to self care myself out of depression. I did hella laundry and hella cooking yesterday and got to the gym and have started tracking my macros to try and prevent myself from getting the beetus. Even if I don't beat the depression, at least I'll feel physically better?
