I refuse to believe that this comes waaaaaaaay earlier before Super Punch-Out. Boy! I'm impressed with this game! Feels like a generic Punch-Out game in its own right.
Ah yes: Operation Thunderbolt, based on the same rescue ops that happened in Entebbe Airport in Uganda. Good thing the entire flashing screen was ditched on this game and we got a forward scrolling view. Not a bad upgrade to the OG.
Also, the movie Delta Force was based on the same hostage crisis.

This right here, is a certified Famicom Multicart Classic! I remember it being bundled with those fancy multicarts meant to run on those Famiclones, apart from being standalone games originally. It's not FIFA, but it sure does have some perks! Plus the "Halftime Show" was fun to watch too! Lol!
Also, I just found a game that has the name sake of this one, but on Commodore 64! Has a different gameplay, but the vibe nearly fits!

I only thought that The Goonies were just a Nintendo exclusive, but it turns out that there are others released for different consoles. This, and in particular the C64 version, seems to be more faithful to the movie compared to the FC version, and surprisingly has more Co-op vibe in it too!

I did play this game a long time ago, and just like now, the sensitivity is kinda tricky to handle.

Haha! Boy! This game definitely feels like a Mad Max game, though it lacks a tribe of apocalyptic warriors fighting for control of those extremely precious Barrels of Oil. As one said, it's kinda wonky due to some lag, but definitely feels like something that would precede the events of Mad Max.
The vibe is very Arkanoidy.

This is one perplexing BB. It has the hull and main gun layout like the proposed Montana Class, slapped with a superstructure and secondary/AA layout like a Yamato Class. Great artwork tho!
