Sometime the veil can appear thinner. It doesn’t really mean it is. If you’ve ever woken up at 4 AM, you are likely to just feel like you can connect better. The reason is because there is less input. The world is quieter. Phones are off, less electricity is being used, people are usually sleeping.

It’s Om Namah Shivaya. I love it but in retrospective I think I would not get it. It was in my early days of teaching yoga before I truly tapped into cultural appropriation. I think I would chose something with a similar meaning without using a scared language.
