I know, the art is beautiful. I was just learning stained glass when I was playing the first game, and immediately thought the characters would look amazing in stained glass. So I gave it a shot!
Aw thanks tulipathy!
I have a short walkthrough of the piece on YouTube

And a much longer 9 minute detailed walkthrough if that's not enough for you lol

I do too! I was hoping to find glass that would line up nicely with the cloth, and I got lucky!
Nyx, Goddess of the Night in stained glass. Completed this piece a year or so ago, and it's still one of my favorites! From the videogame Hades. If you haven't played it yet I highly recommend! The sequel is coming to consoles soon.
Thanks. I always enjoy a cute picture of Tom.
Working on a stained glass piece inspired by the game Expedition 33. Here's my work in progress. Painting on glass is hard
No I agree. Regardless the fact that you were banned is ridiculous
Wow
No caffeine after 2pm :)
Damn that's crazy. Would a red glaze still fluoresce under UV light?
That is so cool how it goes from dusty blue to fluorescent green! I like the organic design
Nice. I'll keep an eye out for that!
I got a piece of the Uranium Crackle. I'd show it to you but apparently the battery died on my UV light and it uses a weird 3.7v battery
I actually got to watch him make a sheet of glass. It was amazing
There's a place in Washington that still makes uranium glass. That's where I got mine. I was actually gonna save it for something Fallout related but then I saw Melinoe. Maybe they can make some in that antique white color. Gorgeous stuff
Ooh that's really cool, that would look great as the bones. I'll see if I can source some.
Interesting! I'll have to think on that. Thanks for the suggestion
Wow, thanks! Have you played the second game? I have a piece of uranium glass that I'm saving to one day use for Melinoe's arm 😉
Well it's absolutely lovely, like all your designs. Not sure if it's possible to actually cut, but you've got a great eye.
I can't wrap my head around this. How on earth did you cut the brown/gold wreath looking pieces? They look incredible but for the life of me I can't figure out how you did it
Thanks Marth! It was fun! If I could do it again I think I'd make the framing a little less busy though
Thanatos in stained glass. I cut some citrine cabochons for his eyes to give them depth. It's always fun when I can find ways to mix minerals with stained glass
Yowza
Such a bummer, but I think they're looking at Xbox and how the gamepass and their whole "Everything's an Xbox" strategy seems to be backfiring on them and reacting to that.
I'm surprised I didn't know that and I feel a fool lol
What's a tboy?
In a good way or a bad way? Lol
