I think I am going to employ a new strategy. Whenever I anger people around me at work or home, I'm just going to tell everyone that tomorrow is a new era.

New era! Wipe that slate clean!!!

I'm not sure it can be assumed that he ignored it. He may not see it as relevant considering his concerns centered on how things have worked out with some of the talent that came from WWE. In the end, all that matters is that AEW felt comfortable to make a move.

That is irrelevant. Dave outlined his reasoning very clearly. There was nothing in that explanation that indicated a tie to Riddle. I see Riddle as a non-starter in this topic. I hope you realize the folly in that path.

I think sometimes a person can have an opinion specific to one person and that situation.

I think it's very reasonable to think it's Dave's opinion about Andrade specifically. Dave explained it and it was reasonable. I question the logic of trying to make this about Riddle. Sorry.

He stated his opinion. Stop looking for mysteries.

I think people are stretching to create reasons for Dave's opinion beyond maybe it's just an opinion specific to the person.

Such an absurd comment.

The match though... sucked in 1989 (yes, I saw it then). Sucks now. Smoke and mirrors to hide Sid and when he does get more active, it's sloppy.

Time does not heal all wounds.

NJPW never brought Sid back.

Glad you liked it though.

I will likely end up the same. There will be a tipping point and I see it coming.
