As a Brit living in the US, being able to buy products from the UK’s been a huge comfort over the years. Just found out my local British food store is closing, in part due to the tarrifs, and also because the owners are doing the smart thing and moving back to the UK. So sad. 💔

Has anyone else noticed that Netflix is making some films off limits unless you subscribe to their ad free tier? Makes having the service pointless if they’re not making all content available to all subscribers. I’d rather go without.

I have the same tattoo (in the same place) which I got after my father died in 2015. It’s personal to me because my dad famously rented the VHS tape for my 7th birthday party, because he thought it was ‘just a cartoon’. 🤣 My kid also got this as their 1st tattoo.

Does “Golden Age” refer to a time when planes keep crashing, eggs cost $10–15 a dozen, the U.S. is being booed and protested by all our allies, workers are losing their jobs, and Americans’ personal data is being rummaged through by unelected oligarchs and their strange crew of 20-something incels?

Saw the video of that female Packers fan getting verbally abused by a guy at the Eagles stadium. Philadelphia fans have a reputation for being hostile but that went so far beyond. No @nfl fan should have to deal with that type of behavior, no matter at whose stadium.

I feel so lucky to have been able to see Interstellar in IMAX last weekend and again today. It’s an incredible film and excels on so many levels - it’s also proof positive that most industry awards aren’t really a mark of excellence as much as they are a popularity contest.

And are you able to treat those patients? I saw an electrophysiologist at my LC specialist’s suggestion and after testing, they told me they couldn’t help me because they didn’t understand how LC was causing my shortness of breath, fatigue and high HR episodes.

It’s really something when many patients are walking into appointments with their drs better informed than the dr when it comes to LC studies. I’m so tired of just getting the 🤷🏻‍♀️ reaction.

Also, Lisa Eldridge’s New Wave is in the same vein, and the formulation is great.

Try Smashbox Always On liquid lipstick in the shade Girl Gang. The first one I thought of was the discontinued Pat McGrath matte trance in Faux Pas. We usually end up using a couple of shades together as opposed to 1 product but those 2 are close.
