i like being able to push an accept button and no longer have to worry about the rest

my whole argument is that i shouldn't need like 6 different services to do media management and you suggested a 7th like what
instead of touching blades of grass you should be touching blade servers
i run nixos i am in the same minority
be so for real

not a framework laptop 12 though
a 12" laptop would save me i think
i would say more for this but i serve like 20 people on my jellyfin and would really like as much of it to be automated without me needing to configure all of it and worry constantly "am i downloading exes or rars because i don't have the specific correct setup that i simply need to know"
the fact that people are just fine with this flow is astonishing to me, like in that same decade no one else has tried to do "looks at an rss feed and dispatches a download" (ik it's not all it does but that's one of the main reasons you use this)
"wait you want to download anime *and* normal shows? yeah the best solution we've come up with is run 2 instances of the same fucking service because it's a good idea" like this is not a good solution. i don't care if it would take a while to make a competitor.
the flow is "oh i want to import this movie, what port is that under again? oh shoot that's sonarr, got it that one's radarr. oh sorry let me accept the request on my jellyseer so it adds and starts downloading i hope it gets a good quality"
i'm so tired of sonarr + radarr + lidarr + prowlarr + whatever the fuck i want it all to be one interface that actually functions for people who oh idk like managing their media without using 20 docker containers
is there a good tablet os that i can install onto my x86 tablet 2-in-1 so i can watch youtube in bed like a normal person instead of having to fumble with the buggy gnome onscreen keyboard and the youtube desktop website via touch?
yeah that's fair
if only the reference PDS actually enforced that lol
maybe they do but idk i've seen a lot of very suspiciously similar websites using a signifigant amount of emdashes
i was meaning more vibecoded style, i don't think it's actually going to make a difference if the backend is or not. i just don't like the styling of a lot of the things coming out just being so obviously clauded out
like ok i'm somewhat ok with it but you gotta write the words and make your own damn styling, not everything needs to be made by opus 4.6
maybe this is just me but if the atmosphere was less obviously vibecoded i think more people would use it
doesn't this get lowered every generation of model though...
this is so fucking peak
accelerometer in lunabox to detect this...
