The illustrated Dune is now $250 on Amazon and $700 on Etsy. I saw a TikTok last week that said it was going for $150 USD 😭

The only good reason to go back to TikTok is for the Dune 2 memes.

I wish we still used carrier pigeons. They are so cute.

Being girly is empowering for me. I see it as a declaration that I am feminine and I am powerful. I don’t need to put on a masculine mask to love myself.

The girly fashion trend is part of the soft girl movement.

Organized a baby shower for a dear friend and yoga studio owner.

I want to take a creative vinyasa class in Sydney before I leave. I just know there will be some inventive sequencing that will blow my mind.

Today’s yoga studio: Krama Yoga. The first time I’ve taken a Jivamukti class. They do love their assists but they have so much methodology behind it.

When people are unhappy you said no, it is an example of their lack of boundary work.

I cancelled a few things today and am surprised by how upset/passive aggressive people can be AND how understanding and supportive they are.

This is a subtle one!

Notice the anterior pelvic tilt, with the butt still away from the heels, all the while keeping the hips forward.

Problematic romances are the best! It can be a safe space to explore conflict/tension/paradox. I’d be interested in an article on who the regency reader currently is. I find a lot of folks are tired of what can feel like regency era used as wallpaper dressing.
